Dear Rocco:

We are up, we are operational, and now we begin the process of growing the business.  During the final stages of getting the store opened, Knight Security installed the security system.  Through this process I had the opportunity to work with Vincent Clark, the owner of Knight Security.  Because this was the first installation by Knight Security for United, I thought it appropriate to give you a report.

         The security system provided and installed by Knight Security is as comprehensive as I could imagine.  I am sure that in selecting Knight, United conducted a complete study of the security system.  The system’s functionality, as installed, confirms your decision.  I will spare you a detailed description of the system’s operation because I’m confident you are familiar with it and my efforts at a description would not do it justice.

        Now, for the really good news.  I have actually learned how to use and operate the system.  Do not brush this aside as merely a statement of the obvious.  For me to actually learn to operate such a system and not spend an inordinate amount of time either locked in the store or responding to the alarm going off is a testimony to the system’s ease of operation and user friendliness.

       In addition to the system’s functionality, the installation process was the most efficient and professional on-site undertaking of this whole construction process.  I cannot recommend the installation team highly enough.

       United has again made an excellent choice of system providers and I am confident that future Franchisees and GCM Partners with its future stores will be completely satisfied with Knight Security.
